On top of everything else today, I just spent over two hours working on my grandmother’s shitty computer just for it to somehow end up worse, resulting in me having to take it home and probably spend the rest of the night fucking with it.

And yet, somehow, blasting The Upsides louder than I’ve probably ever played anything in my car made me feel better than almost anything else has in a month.

Wake up early this morning after like three hours of sleep to go to a ceremony honoring all the Eagle Scouts in the past year followed by a free day at Six Flags which I had no friends to invite to, which is fine since it was pouring and the park was closed anyway, get to the ceremony like an hour and a half early because my mom misread the paper, get volunteered for the honor guard so I have to say the Scout Law in front of over a hundred people for the first time in over a year, finally get to the honoring and I am the only one they do not have a certificate for

so

that’s pretty much the best indication of how life has been going recently

The thought just occurred to me that I actually passed up seeing The Menzingers acoustic today because I didn’t feel like it and that just made me feel even worse
